Workflow - Adding and Removing Followers for Contacts

Selecting Workflow Actions

To begin managing followers, you’ll need to select the appropriate workflow action within the “Contact” category. Choose either Add Contact Follower or Remove Contact Follower depending on your needs.

Adding Contact Followers

To add followers to a contact:

1. Navigate to your workflow and select the Add Contact Follower action.
2. Specify the followers you wish to add. This action will automatically update the contact’s follower list, ensuring they receive relevant updates and notifications.

Removing Contact Followers

To remove followers from a contact:

1. Choose the Remove Contact Follower action within your workflow.
2. Decide whether to remove specific followers or all followers from the contact.
3. Utilize the toggle option if you wish to remove all followers at once, simplifying the process.
